Eugene F. Maloney is executive vice president of Federated.  He joined the company in 1972 and has provided legal, technical and management counsel to Federated’s sales divisions.  Maloney is an adjunct professor of law at Boston University School of Law.


Susan Ferris Wyderko, President and CEO of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum

Susan Wyderko joined the Forum as Executive Director in the Summer of 2006, coming from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where she had been the Director of the Office of Investor Education and Assistance since 2000. During 21 years on the Commission’s staff Susan held several senior positions.


C.Meyrick Payne, Managing Partner, Management Practice

Meyrick is the managing partner of the firm, he has served as the CFO and director of Reeves Communications Corporation, a public television production and publishing company, and worked for McKinsey & Co., where he consulted in the Banking and Finance practice. He qualified as a British Chartered Accountant and a CPA.
